Instructions

• Immediately after a performance
• Liberally massage the areas of the skin under which the sensitive muscles and tendons are located with cream
• If necessary, repeat this twice a day for 2-3 days
• Use externally only
• Avoid contact with eyes and wounds
• Keep out of reach of children
• It is recommended not to use the product 3 days before a competition.
